Salman Khan’s new film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, made its debut on Friday, coinciding with Eid celebrations. Directed by Farhad Samji, who has worked on movies like Bachchhan Paandey and Housefull 4, the film features an impressive ensemble cast, including Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Siddharth Nigam, Bhumika Chawla, Venkatesh, Abhimanyu Singh, and others.

The plot revolves around Bhaijaan, a man devoted to his three brothers and determined to stay single, who unexpectedly falls for a woman from a Telugu family. As their romance blossoms, Bhaijaan confronts new challenges. Regrettably, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan falls woefully short of expectations due to its flimsy plot and sluggish first half.

The narrative slightly improves somewhat in the second half, but the film consistently lacks logic. Salman Khan’s performance provides little solace, and the action sequences are well-executed, with Jagapathi Babu shining as the antagonist. However, the film fails to deliver as an entertaining experience, leaving viewers wanting more.

The film’s dialogue and screenplay are underwhelming, marred by cringe-worthy moments and contrived comedy scenes that fail to amuse. The movie’s efforts to cater to the South Indian audience come across as forced and do not enhance the overall experience. Audiences have voiced mixed reactions, with many expressing disappointment and even likening the film to a pandemic. Some argue that Salman Khan, should avoid such movies that have no allure. Fans of the actor urge him to cease emulating South Indian and South Korean films and elevate his acting skills.

Although die-hard Salman Khan fans may enjoy the film’s action sequences and view it as a “tolerable flick,” the general consensus is that Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is a significant disappointment, garnering a rating of 1.5 out of 5. In summary, the film fails to live up to its hype, with a weak plot, uneven pacing, and uninspired dialogue resulting in a forgettable experience. The majority of viewers are likely to walk away feeling underwhelmed.
